We offer STORE CREDIT / EXCHANGE ONLY within 14 days of receiving the merchandise.

Each piece is valuable and special to us.

 

Merchandise returned must be unused, in the original packaging for safety during transit, safety liners/tags intact, no signs of wear or wash (please no body oil, lotion, or makeup stains), and in the original condition you received.  

The customer is responsible for the cost of shipment back to us for an exchange/store credit. We will cover the cost to get the exchanged item back to you, or if you are requesting store credit the cost of shipping will be included.
